Controlling Ejaculation Exercise
Sit straight up on the edge of a chair, with your feet flat on the floor about shoulder width apart, wear loose clothing or nothing at all, so your testicles can hang freely, make sure you are relaxed, inhale deeply through your nose whilst sucking up your testicles and anal muscles, hold your breath, now push the air downwards past your navel towards your testicles, tighten your anal muscles and suck up your testicles as hard as you can compressing the air, hold your breath as long as you can.
The prostate gland will be massaged by the tightening action of the anus muscles, you will see great results if you do this every day for two months, if you do this exercise correctly your body should get very warm, and you will feel a tingling sensation in your testicles, like any exercise, you only get out of it what you put in to it

Stomach and Testicles Rubbing Exercise
This exercise can be done standing or sitting with the testicles hanging over the side of the chair, cup your testicles with your left hand completely covering them, do not squeeze too hard, with your right hand massage the stomach in a clockwise motion 81 times, change hands and massage in the opposite direction, this exercise will stimulate hormone production and increase vital energy
